You'll learn simple tools that you can practice at home and experience how it feels like to be connected and present with other like-minded women.
ABOUT CHRISTINE SAMUEL
Christine is a founder of Inner Work Matters, wellbeing coach, and embodied movement teacher. She uses a combination of the inside-out understanding, breathwork, mindfulness, Eastern Medicine based self-care techniques, and neuroscience to help her clients and students develop head-heart-gut alignment, improve wellbeing while navigating their unique path to excellence and true fulfillment with ease.
