Amanda Leigh Walker is co-founder of Lord of the Fries, Australasia's award winning biggest vegan fast food chain. Founded in 2003 it is the go to establishment for fry lovers and ethical eaters alike. Alongside being Head of Operations for LOTF, Amanda is a TEX X alumni, certified Life Coach, meditation teacher & mindset mentor working with entrepreneurs to define their vision, manifest their goals to bring their dreams to life in a successful and sustainable way.
