Elizabeth Fleming is the founder of Hermosa Home Interior, a home stager, professional organizer, and certified yoga teacher. She helps individuals and families navigate downsizing, moving, and preparing their homes for sale with calm, care, and compassion. Her approach combines practical, hands-on support with an understanding of the emotions that accompany change. Through her yoga teaching, Elizabeth encourages mindfulness, connection, and well-being. As co-director of Happy Healthy Women’s Newmarket branch, she is committed to creating a welcoming community where women can build meaningful relationships, share their experiences, and support one another in life and business.

Nancy Fontana, R.H.N., is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who is passionate about helping people feel their best through better everyday health. With a focus on gut and brain health, Nancy helps her clients make meaningful changes that can support a healthier, more vibrant life.
