Women's Empowerment and Intimacy Coach
Shelby helps women build back their trust in themselves and reclaim their sensual power. She has a certification in Integrated Attachment Theory, is experienced with understanding the nervous system, and is a Reiki Master. She brings a grounded understanding of relationships, nervous system regulation, and emotional safety into her work.
Shelby's background in energy healing supports clients in developing intuition, clearing energetic blocks, and deepening their connection to their inner guidance. A pole dancer since 2014 and experienced instructor, Shelby integrates movement-based practices with coaching and intuitive awareness to support confidence, self-leadership, and embodied expression through workshops, coaching containers, and women’s circles.
